1 - 5 1/2 oz can shrimp
1 - 6 1/2 oz can crab
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp worchestershire
1 cup Mayo
1/2 pepper chopped
medium onion chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup buttered bread crumbs
Cooked Rice ?? how much - rinse rice in cold water

combine and place in greased casserole
Bake 350 - 30 minutes
