3 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c green onions, chopped
1/2 c sour cream
12 oz can mexi-corn
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c salsa
garlic powder to taste

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate. Serve with Frito Scoops. Enjoy!
