Ingredients:  
2 cups Sugar
3 Heaping tablespoons Cocoa
5 Tablespoons Flour
4 Egg Yolks
1 Can Evaporated Milk
1 Can Water
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 tablespoons margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Sugar, Cocoa and Flour. Add enough milk to dissolve. Add egg yolks one at the time and stir well. Add rest of milk and water. Cook in microwave for 10-12 minutes. Stopping to stir at 7 minutes. Remove from microwave and add vanilla and butter. Stir well.

Cook pie shells and add chocolate mixture.

Beat egg whites till stiff and add 1/4 cup sugar.

Put topping on pies and cook at 350º till golden brown.
