4-5 sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 to 1/2 c cream
2 eggs
1/2 c melted butter
1 c sugar

topping;
1 c light brown sugar
1/3 c plain flour
1/3 c melted butter
1 c chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
mix potatoes, vanilla, milk, eggs, sugar, and butter and pour into buttered casserole

Mix topping ingredients and spread on top

Bake at 350 for 30 mins
