2 Cups Flour
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Baking Soda
2 Cups Sugar
2 sticks Margarine
2 Tbsp Cocoa
1 Cup Water
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Buttermilk
Optional: Add Nuts
Icing:

6 Tbsp Buttermilk
1 lb Confectioners Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 stick Margarine
4 Tbsp Cocoa
Optional: Mint extract
Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Mix Flour, Cinnamon, and Soda. Add Sugar, set aside. Boil Margarine, Cocoa, Water. Pour liquid over dry ingredients. Add Eggs, and Buttermilk. Pour mixture onto large, greased cookie sheet.

Icing: Mix Buttermilk, Sugar, Vanilla (and opt. mint); set aside. Boil Margarine and Cocoa. Mix together, and wait 10 minutes. Pour over cooled cake.
