1 qt Water
1 large bag frozen Broccoli
1 large bag frozen Cauliflower
2 Cups chopped Onions
1 1/2 Cups Chopped Celery
2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 lb Velveeta Cheese
1 Cup Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water and vegetables in large saucepan, cover and boil about 20 minutes. (Cut vegetables in half with spoon as it cooks). Add canned soups and cheese. Simmer over low heat and until cheese melts. Add milk and heat through.

Notes: Use less onion and celery and omit milk for a different consistency. Also, can be cut in half for smaller portions.
