Ingredients:  
20 oz frozen mixed vegetables
1 c each chopped celery and onion
1 c mayo
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
cook veggies until soft. saute onions and celery in a little butter until clear. Mix ingredients together. crumble Ritz crackers and coat with melted butter. top veggie mixture.
Bake at 350 for 35 mins.
