1 head cabbage shredded 1 cup rice cooked 1-2 lbs hamburger meat(depends on size of cabbage head) 1 small onion 1 large can chopped tomatoes 1 can tomato sauce water if too thick 1 tbs brown sugar 1 tbs vinegar salt and pepper to taste
brown ground beef and onion, add all ingredients and simmer 20 mins
This recipe adapted from watching Aunt Gail cook this for me when I begged her for cabbage rolls. Turns out this is better than cabbage rolls.
