2 3oz packages raspberry gelatins
2 c boiling water
12 oz package fresh cranberries
2 c sugar
2/3 c orange juice
20 oz can crushed pineapple in juice

Topping:
6 oz cream cheese softened
2 c whipping cream
2 c mini marshmallows

Gelatins:
Dissolve gelatins in hot water in large bowl and set aside. Blend cranberries 1/2 at a time on high speed until well chopped. stir cranberries and remaining gelatins ingredients into jello. pour into 9x13 pan, cover, refrigerate 6 hours or overnight

topping:
beat creamcheese at medium speed until light and fluffy. scrape off beaters. add whipping cream, start low and gradually increase speed, beat until stiff peaks form (1-2 mins) Fold in marshmallows by hand. Spread over firm gelatins, refrigerate 1 hour, serve.
