4 or more Granny Smith apples
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 tbsp. all purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1tbsp. melted butter
13 canned buttermilk biscuits
Vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º
Peel, core and slice apples. cut into small pieces.
Mix apples, pecans, flour, 1/4 c. sugar and 1tsp. cinnamon in a bowl and microwave this mixture for 3 minutes. Roll out biscuits. Mix remainder of cinnamon and sugar and set aside. Put biscuit down and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture then add a little bit of the apple mixture. Gather your biscuit together and pinch to seal the top. Dip bottom of biscuit into melted butter and then cinnamon sugar mixture. Flip in greased muffin tin upside down. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
