4 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tbsp. baking powder
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup hot water
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
2 cups chopped fresh cranberries
3/4 cup chopped nuts (preferable walnuts)
1 bag chocolate chips (white or semi-sweet)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, salt, soda and baking powder.
Mix eggs, orange juice, hot water, butter, and rind; stir into flour mixture. Fold in cranberries, nuts, and chocolate chips. Spoon batter into 5 individual loaf pans. Bake at 325* for 45-55 minutes until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
