1 can chickpeas, drained (reserve liquid)
2 tbsp. tahini (sesame seed paste)
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
juice of one lemon
sea salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place blade in food processor and process chickpeas and tahini while pouring in the olive oil and lemon juice. Add enough of the reserved chickpea liquid to make the mixture smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve as a dip with raw vegetables (we like celery and carrots especially) or as a spread on crackers or bread.
