1 pound of bacon
1 medium/large bell pepper sliced/diced
1 small/medium onion, large diced
2 cans 'Showboat' brand pork & beans
black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Fry the pound of bacon. Put your diced bell peppers and onions directly into frying pan with the bacon drippings, cook until tender. Add both cans of pork & beans to the frying pan---(remove the 'fat pieces' from the pork & beans) dice up your cooked bacon and add to the frying pan with the beans. Add some black pepper to your taste, simmer for about 10 minutes and enjoy!
