2 large eggs
1 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Grease a 9-inch square pan and sprinkle with nuts if you have them, then set aside.
Combine in a large bowl and beat after each addition eggs, sugar, vanilla, oil, salt, baking powder and cocoa. Sprinkle the flour evenly over the top of the mixture. Stir just until the flour is barely mixed in.
Pour into prepared pan, smoothing batter over the nuts. Bake until center is cooked, 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove the brownies from the oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Once melted smooth them over the top. Cut brownies into 9 squares.
