3 lb chicken wings
1 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp catsup
1 clove garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Cut and discard wing tips. Cut each wing into two parts and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Combine other ingredients and mix well.

Place wings in a shallow casserole and pour sauce over. Bake at 375 for 1 hour or until the sauce is carmelized.

To serve: sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
