1/4 c. Vegetable Oil
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 T. white vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 T. sugar

6 c. mixed greens
1 c. celery
6 sliced of cooked, crumbled bacon
1/3 c. almond slices
11 oz. mandarin oranges drained

Mix dressing ingredients together and chill for 1 hour. Mix other ingredients in a bowl. Add dressing, mix together and serve.
