12 eggs
butter
vinegar
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Half boiled eggs. Place yokes into a bowl. Add 4 Tablespoons softened butter and just enough vinegar to soften the egg yokes to a creamy consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fill the halved eggs. If desired, sprinkle paprika on top. Refrigerate until time of serving.
