3 lbs broccoli rabe, trimmed and cut in 3" pieces
1 1/2 lbs Italian sausage, cut into 1" pieces
5 T olive oil
5 garlic cloves, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli rabe in a large pot or boiling, salted water, uncovered, until tender (about 5 minutes). Drain and rinse. Squeeze out excess water. Broil sausage, on cookie sheet, until well cooked. Heat oil in frying pan and add garlic. Cook until garlic is fragrant, but not brown. Add broccoli rabe and saute in oil until heated through. Add sausage and toss.
