1 gal. green tomatoes
6 large onions
2 sweet red peppers
3 c. cider vinegar
2 c. sugar
3 t. salt
1 t. black pepper
2 t. turmeric
2 t. cloves
1 T. dry mustard
1/4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Put all but last 2 ingredients in large stock pan and cook until tender and thick, about 2 hrs. Then add the mustard and flour and cook a few minutes longer.

Mom used to make this and chili sauce before salsa became popular. A good way to use up those green tomatoes.
