Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4-5 pieces cooked bacon, crumbled
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
8 oz cream cheese (low fat OK), softened to room temperature
1/2 cup mayonnaise (low fat OK)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, NOT canned kind!
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
crackers, corn chips or tortilla chips, or party bread

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.

Set bacon aside. Mix remaining ingredients together and place in a small square baking dish or glass pie pan.

Bake for 15 minutes until bubbly. Top with bacon, bake for 5 more minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE or cheese will "separate" and become oily.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is ALWAYS a huge hit! It is easily doubled and freezable. I always make a double batch, reserving some in a quart freezer bag and freeze for family "snack time!" We prefer to eat it with Frito or Tostito Scoops! YUM!
Also, cheeses and onions are easily substituted for what you have in fridge. Add chopped sautéed mushrooms or artichoke hearts if you like!
