1 c. reduced calorie mayo
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. finely grated lemon zest
1 T. fresh lemon juice
Dash of Tabasco
2 T. drained pickle relish
2 T. chopped flat leaf parsley
2 T. diceds shallots
1 T. drained chopped capers
salt and pepper to taste

mix and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Definitely worth the trouble.
