Frozen Bread Dough
2 pkg frozen spinach
Italian sausage (out of skin)
1 c Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut loaf of thawed bread in 1/2 and flatten. Brown sausage, drain dry. Mix with thawed spinach squeezed dry and Parmesan cheese. Spread amount you want over the bread dough. Roll up like a jelly roll and bake at 325º on a cookie sheet. Cover with olive oil.

Can be sliced in small pieces and served with butter.
