Personal Notes:
These go great with broiled chicken with rum butter sauce or as a desert with ice cream. The first time I had these with broiled chicken was at Las Hadas just outside of Manzanilla, Mexico and thought they were made for each other, like Dudley Moore and Bo Derrick in the movie "Ten." This movie was filmed there and I was there right after. Las Hadas was built by a Bolivian tin billionaire who was tired of going to the Riviera so he built this fairy tail resort 150 miles south of Porta Vallarta. Took him 6 years and 33 million dollars in the '70's. Believe it or not I was there as a potential buyer and a guest of the banks in Mexico who had foreclosed on it when the tin market went south. Needless to say it was a little out of my buget range, but it was a great free vacation for me and my party (took eight).
Anyway, we came back from the fantasy world and I experimented and came up with "Broiled Chicken Las Hadas or Naked Ronnie"
