1 hen, boiled and ddeboned1 bunch celery, cut and cooked
4 large onions, cut and cooked
8 eggs, boiled and cut fine

Egg Bread:
5 c. self rising meal
buttermilk
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meal with buttermilk and 4 eggs and bake in a well greased pan until golden brown. Crumble. Add the remaining ingredients; stir until well mixed. Put in a baking dish and bake until it is light brown. Keeps well in freezer.
