3.5 lb Red Potatoes, peeled, quartered & sliced
3 cups thinly sliced celery
1 bunch chopped onions
1 lb sour cream
1-1/3 cups Mayo
4 tbl sugar
2 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp salt
6 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 tsp celery seed
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1/2 tsp white pepper

In a large mixing bowl sprinkle potatoes w/ sugar and vinegar. Add celery, onion, salt and celery seeds.; toss gently to mix.

Mix together mayo, sour cream, mustard and relish and white pepper.

Fold mayo mixture into potato mixture gently to coat.

Gently mix in eggs. Keep refrigerated till ready to serve.
