3 lg. onions chopped
3 lbs. 85/15 ground beef
3 cloves minced garlic
3 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. ground allspice
1 tbsp. cumin
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1.5 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. cocoa powder
3 lb. canned tomato sauce
3 tbsp. worchestershire sauce
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
1.5 cups water

2 lbs. uncooked spaghetti

In a large frying pan over high heat saute beef and onion till beef is cooked through. Drain grease.
Add allspice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, cayenne salt and cocoa, Mix into meat well.
Place mixture in a kettle and add worchestershire, tomato sauce, vinegar and water. Mix well to combine.
Let simmer 1 hour before serving.

Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

To serve: Place hot cooked spaghetti on plate and ladle with chili.
