1-1 1/2 # ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 large onion, chopped
3/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 T. garlic, minced
1 large can (26-28 oz.) diced tomatoes
1 15 oz. can of kernel corn
1 15 oz can red kidney beans
1 15 oz. can navy beans
1 c. salsa
1-2 c. water
3 big dashes chili powder
3 big dashes of cumin
2 big dashes of black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large soup pot, brown ground beef half way, drain some of the fat off, and then add onion, green pepper, garlic and spices. Finish browning. Add tomatoes, beans, corn and salsa, taco seasoning and 1-2 c. water.
Simmer one hour.
Serve with cheese quesadillas, or tortilla chips, shredded cheese and sour cream on the side.
