1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups All purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas ( 2 or 3)
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter, add eggs and beat after each. Sift together the dry ingredients and add to the creamed mixture alternating with bananas. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Bake 1 hour at 300-325 in greased and floured loaf pan.

I use cooking spray to grease pan, then dust lightly with flour.
