1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
1 egg, beat with fork
1 1/2 cups self rising flour
1 cup blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour in bowl, add sugar, oil, milk and egg. Stir just until mixed, a few lumps in batter is okay. Add blueberries. Put in paper-cup lined muffin tins or greased/floured muffin tin. Bake at 375 for about 20-25 min. Makes one dozen.
