Banana Bread Recipe

1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
4 Tbs. sour cream
2 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until well-blended. Add eggs one at a time. Add sour cream, mashed bananas and vanilla to creamed mixture. Combine dry ingredients and add slowly to batter.

Bake in a greased and floured loaf pan at 350º for 45 minutes.

If I have bananas that are getting too ripe, I freeze them until I am ready to make this bread.
