1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 to 3 stalks celery, chopped
1 stick butter
1 family size bag of yellow rice, cooked as directed
1 qt. raw shrimp
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel Tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Saute vegetable in butter for approximately 10 minutes. Mix all ingredients together and bake in 10 x 13 dish @ 350 for 40 minutes.
