1 lg. can sauerkraut, undrained
1 16 oz. can stewed tomatoes, drained
1/2 c. brown sugar, lightly packed
1/2 lb. bacon, uncooked, cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in 2 quart casserole and bake for 10 minutes at 425º. Turn oven down to 350º for 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Cover the last hour.
