Ingredients:  
2 lb package of pinto beans (washed)
Soak in water overnight
After beans have cooked for awhile, about half way add 2 or 3 lbs ground beef or turkey.
2 pks of Chili Seasoning
about 1/4 cup Chili
1 large onion
1/2 cup of chopped bell pepper
2 full Tbsp garlic (minced)
2 full Tsp of Cumin
2 heaping Tbsp of cilantro
1 bay leaf
Salt
Pepper

Let beans cook rest of way on med-low heat until tender.
