1 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 ½ c. blended oatmeal*
2 c. all-purpose flour
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. chocolate chips
4 oz. grated chocolate bar
1 ½ c. chopped nuts pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together; add eggs and vanilla. Mix together flour, oatmeal, salt, baking soda and baking powder; add to butter and sugar mixture. Add chocolate chips, grated chocolate bar and nuts. Roll into 1” balls and place 2” apart on cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes @ 375 degrees.

*Measure oatmeal first then blend in blender to a fine powder.
