Use microwave to cook.

MICROWAVE ON HIGH FOR 4 MIN. (in 2-quart glass):
1 c. sugar
1 c. heavy cream
2 tbsp. margarine or butter
1 tbsp. light corn syrup
4 one ounce squares unsweetened chocolate

STIR UNTIL SMOOTH. COOK 4 TO 5 MIN. UNTIL THICKENED.

ADD:
1 tsp. vanilla extract

STIR UNTIL SMOOTH AND GLOSSY. SERVE HOT.
