TURN OUT ONTO LIGHTLY FLOURED CLEAN COUNTER AREA. DUST SOME MORE FLOUR ON TOP SO YOUR HANDS WON’T GET ALL STICKY. KNEAD FOR 8 MIN.

LIGHTLY GREASE A LARGE MIXING BOWL AT LEAST TWICE THE SIZE OF THE DOUGH. ADD DOUGH.

HEAT YOUR OVEN TO 200° AND THEN TURN OFF. PLACE THE BOWL WITH THE DOUGH IN TO THE OVEN. BELOW THE BOWL PLACE A PAN OF BOILING WATER. THIS WILL HELP THE DOUGH RISE. LET RISE UNTIL DOUBLE IN SIZE.

SHAPE THE DOUGH INTO ROLLS. PLACE ON THE LIGHTLY GREASED COOKIE SHEETS.

BAKE AT 400° FOR 12 TO 20 MIN. DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF YOUR ROLLS.
