Preheat oven to 400°.
Grease the bottom and sides of 6 6-ounce custard cups 1/2 tsp. each and put on a baking pan or 24 mini muffin cups.

WISK IN A MEDIUM BOWL (or large glass measuring cup):
2 eggs

ADD & STIR:
1 c. milk
1 tsp. oil

ADD & BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH:
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

POUR BATTER EVENLY INTO CUPS (1/2 full).

BAKE 40 MIN. OR WITH MINI PANS 1/2 RECIPE FOR 20 MIN.
