Grease and baking sheet & sprinkle corn meal on it.

MIX TOGETHER:
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. yeast

ADD:
1/2 tbsp. margarine

ADD GRADUALLY & BEAT 2 MIN.:
1 c. warm water

ADD & BEAT FOR 2 MIN.:
1/2 c. flour

STIR IN ENOUGH FLOUR (1/2 c.) TO MAKE A DOUGH TO KNEAD 8 TO 10 MIN. LET DOUGH REST 10 TO 20 MIN.

ROLL INTO A 10 x 15 OBLONG. ROLL UP INTO A LONG LOAF AND TAPER THE ENDS.

PLACE ON GREASED BAKING SHEET SPRINKLED WITH CORN MEAL.

REFRIGERATE UP TO 24 HOURS OR LET RISE ON COUNTER.

CUT DIAGONAL SLITS ACROSS TOP. BAKE 20 MIN. BRUSH WITH EGG WHITES & WATER WHEN IT COMES OUT. BAKE 5 TO 10 MIN. MORE.
