1 cup margarine, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp. almond extract, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 cups flour, sesame seeds, strawberry preserves.

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º, Cream together margarine and sugar, blend in almond extract and salt, add flour mix well. Shape tablespoonfuls of dough into balls and roll in sesame seeds. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Indent in center of each cookie and fill with preserves. Bake at 400º 10 to 12 min.
