1 pkg. of refrigerated sugar cookie dough.
1 pkg. of cream cheese.
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can cherry pie filling
1/3 cup sugar

1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Roll out sugar cookie dough.
3. Cut out dough with small round cookie cutter.
4. Blend softened cream cheese with 1/3 cup of sugar.
5. Bake cook dough according to pkg. directions in mini muffin tins.
6. Allow to cool completely.
7. Spread cream cheese mixture into each muffin.
8. Top with fruit of choice.
9. Be sure to refrigerate leftovers.
