10 eggs, separated, 1 cup sugar, 1 tblsp. hot water, 3/4 cup sugar, 3/4 cup nuts, finely chopped, 1/2 cup potato flour, 1/2 cup matzo cake meal, juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Beat yolks well with hot water, add 1 cup sugar gradually, beating all the time, add flour, cake meal, lemon juice and nuts, fold in well. Beat whites until they form soft peaks, add 3/4 cup sugar gradually, beating well. Fold white mixture into yellow mixture thoroughly. Bake in ungreased pan for 1 hour in 325º oven.
