1lb Crawfish
1/2 onion
1/2 green pepper
3 stalks green onion
2 cups Cheddar cheese ( shredded)
2 eggs
1 stick butter ( melted )
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 can green Chile peppers
1 can cream corn
1 to 2 caps liquid crab boil ( optional )
1 box jiffy corn bread mix

Mix all together and pour into 13x9" baking pan
Bake @350 for 45 min. or untill golden brown
