1/2 cup margarine, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 2 eggs, 2 cups flour, 3/4 tsp. baking soda, 3/4 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 cup milk, 1 tsp. vinegar to milk, 1 cup mashed bananas, 1 tsp. vanilla

Combine ingredients in one large bowl and mix thoroughly. Bake 350 in cupcake or muffin tins till pick comes out clean. Ice with chocolate frosting, and decorate with coconut, one single pecan or a cherry.
