1 stick oleo
1 cup flour
1 cup chopped nuts
2 cups cool whip
4 cups milk
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
1 cup pounded sugar
2 pkg (3 oz)instant pudding, lemon or chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oleo, flour, nuts and press into bottom of 8X12" Pyrex baking dish. Bake @ 375º for 15 minutes. Let cool completely. Blend 1 cup cool whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Spread on 1st layer and chill. For 3rd layer, prepare pudding according to package direction and spread on 2nd layer. Top with cool whip and refrigerate. Longer the better. Cut in squares to serve.
