1 medium chopped onion 1 medium chopped green pepper 1 can whole corn 1 can creamed corn 1 pkg Jiffy corn muffin mix 1 cup sour cream 1 cup grated cheese ˝ cup margarine or butter
Sauté onion and green pepper in ˝ cup margarine or butter. Add whole corn, creamed corn and corn muffin mix. Stir and put in 13x9 pan. Top with sour cream and grated cheese. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
