2 egg yolks (save whites for meringue)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Carnation milk
1/4 stick margarine
1/2 cup water
1 T. flour
1 cup grated coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in saucepan, add sugar, egg yolks, and milk. Mix flour with hot water and add to mixture. Cook over medium heat until begins to thicken. Add coconut and pour into cooked 9" pie shell. For meringue beat egg whites until stiff, add 4 T. sugar while continuing to beat. Put on top of pie and brown in oven.
