Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 cup of meal
2 eggs
1/2 cup of oil
1/2 cup of onion
1/3 cup of bell pepper
1 can of creamed corn
1 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese
1 cup of buttermilk.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 425 degrees for approx. 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
