My Mama's Pecan Pie Recipe

2 unbaked pie crust
5 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 stick of butter
2 cups of dark syrup
1 tsp. of vanilla
2 cups of broken pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Place 1 cup of pecans in each pie shell. Mix all other ingredients together and pour half over each pie. Bake at 350 degrees until firm, approx. 50 to 60 minutes.
