60 Kraft caramels
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 box German chocolate cake mix
3/4 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup evaporated milk
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In double boiler mix caramels and milk. Melt, stir, and set aside.

In mixer combine cake mix, butter, 1/3 cup milk. Take half of this mixture and press into greased 9-x13-inch pan. Bake for 8 minutes at 350. Take from oven and sprinkle chips over crust, and then spread caramel mixture over chips. Take the rest of the cake mix and make a top crust. Return to oven and bake 18-20 minutes. Cool thoroughly before cutting.
