1 large pkg. Jello instant pudding mix
1 3/4 cup very cold milk
1 cup chilled evaporated milk (Carnation, Pet or store brand works fine)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (pure vanilla is best)
Vanilla Wafers
4 to 6 bananas
One carton Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Line a large bowl, (or casserole dish) with single layer of vanilla wafers and set aside.

Using a wire whisk, mix the first 4 ingredients together for about 2 minutes. Fold one half carton Cool Whip into the pudding mixture. Pour about 1/4 of the pudding on the vanilla wafers that you have already prepared. Slice a generous amount of bananas onto the pudding and another layer of wafers. Continue until you have used all of mixture, ending with a single layer of the wafers. Top with the remainder of the Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
